■ What is a “A matching system (resale)” ?
A matching system (resale) is a system that can give up its tickets at the fixed price to those who want to buy the tickets, if they can`t participate in live due to unavoidable reasons after purchasing a ticket.

■ !Please be sure to check the following contents!
A matching system does not promise to repay the ticket fee to "the person who wishes to transfer the purchased ticket", and to purchase the ticket to "person who wants to purchase the ticket". If the matching does not hold as a result of lottery, the ticket will be owned by the original buyer as is. In this case, there is no refund of the ticket fee.
Once the matching application period has ended, we can not accept any cancellation of [the registration for transfer request of tickets] and [the registration for purchasing request of tickets].

※To get refund a ticket if the transfer of the ticket is completed, you need a bank account of Japan.
(We can`t guide you about opening an account even if you contact to the ticket information center.)

■ About the registration for transfer request of your ticket.
【The following people are eligible for this application.】
The person who can register to transfer the ticket by a matching system (resale) is only the person who purchased the ticket at RADWIMPS TICKET.

STEP.1 The registration for transfer of tickets
1: From this matching page in Japanese, press the "譲渡(Transfer your tickets)" button of the date thuat you want to transfer the ticket in the schedule (in Japanese page) within the application period.

2: Go to"Ticket application history list(申込み履歴一覧)” in "My page(マイページ)" and press "Matching application here(マッチング譲渡の申込みはこちら)".
※ "Matching application here is not displayed outside the application period".

3: Select the number of tickets you want to transfer and press "confirm" button.
※ Please note that, if transfer the ticket one of the two or more, the companions ticket will be transfer automatically.

4: If there is no mistake in the contents of the application, please press the "confirm" button.

5: After the application is completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent. (※ It can also be checked on "My page(マイページ)" .)
※A cancellation after application completion and change of application contents can be done from "My page(マイページ)" only during the application period.
If you want to change, please access to "My page(マイページ)">"Ticket application history list(申込み履歴一覧)” and choose the date that you want to cancel from "A matching application details(マッチング譲渡の申込み詳細へ)".
After cancel it, please reorder "the registration for transfer request of tickets".
※Please note that we can not change / cancel the application after the application period.

STEP.2 How to confirm that ticket transfer application is established.
1: Please confirm the lottery result on "My page(マイページ)" within the confirmation period of matching result.
※"My page(マイページ)"> "Ticket application history list(申込み履歴一覧)”> You can check from "A matching application details(マッチング譲渡の申込み詳細へ)" displayed in the application details of the target date.

※Those who applied for [the registration for transfer request of tickets] within the application period will be eligible for lottery. As a result of the lottery, we will refund your ticket when the transfer is approved.
※Upon the establishment of the ticket transfer, the ticket will be owned by [the registration for purchasing request of tickets]. Cancellation after the transfer is approved can not be accepted.
※If the transfer of the ticket is completed, please follow the procedure below to make a refund.
※If the matching does not hold as a result of lottery, the ticket will be owned by the original buyer as is. In this case, there is no refund of the ticket fee.

※Please check whether you have your own account for refunding before applying for [the registration for transfer request of tickets] .
※For inquiries to banks with refund handling, please contact each financial institution.
We can not guide you about opening an account even if you contact the ticket information center.

◆ For the refund procedure of the ticket fee, we will send the e-mail to start the refund procedure to the person who transferred.
The start date of the refund procedure will be different for each performance day.
The procedures for refunds are scheduled to begin around one month after each performance day. After the refund is started, we will inform you by email.
· In the case of the transfer of tickets, It will be refunded with the amount reduced from the fee ( 815yen per ticket) and the refund system usage fee from the ticket price.
Also various fees paid at the time of purchase of tickets will be excluded from refund.
· We will use the refund system of "GMO payment gateway" for refund procedure. Please check your device settings so that you can receive the e-mail from "@ gmo - pg.com".
※ You can not check the registration page of the receipt account information of GMO Payment Gateway from the feature phone. Be sure to register from PC / tablet or smartphone.

■About the registration for purchasing request of tickets,
【The registration for purchasing request of tickets】
From matching page in Japanese, please press "購入(Purchase yor tickets)" button of the performance day you want to purchase on the schedule(in Japanese page) within the application period and proceed to the application.
· Please check the application method on each application page.
· As for payment, a matching system usage fee (815yen <JPN> per ticket) is required in addition to the ticket price.
· The payment method will be credit card only. In the case of matching establishment (winning), we automatically settled with the registered credit card.
※A cancellation after application completion and change of application contents can be done from "My page(マイページ)" only during the application period.
※Please note that we can not change / cancel the application after the application period.

· We will draw a lottery for those who applied during the application period. And those who become "Match established (winning)" can purchase tickets. (Cancellation after winning can not be accepted.)
· Please check the lottery result in the "Ticket application history list(申込み履歴一覧)” on "My page(マイページ)" after the lottery result announcement date.
· Tickets can not be prepared in case of "Matching is not established" by lottery. Please understand and apply.
·The accompanying person must enter with the applicant.
· We can not answer inquiries about seats.
· Please get a digital ticket from "My page(マイページ)" in this ticket site and bring it to the performance day. · For use of digital tickets, a smartphone is required on the performance day.

【About a "matching system"】
Q: Can I specify who I want to match?
A: No, you can not specify a match partner.
Matching will be determined by lottery from the application you applied within the application period (it is not on a first come first serve basis).

Q: Applicants can not join live, but accompanying persons can participate to it. Can I apply for transfer only for applicant's ticket?
A: You can not do that. When the applicant applies for it, you have to transfer all tickets.

Q: I got a ticket of “Family seats” and the child can not join live, Can I apply for transfer only for child’s ticket?
A: You can not enter the venue,for adults only or children only at this ticket. These tickets can only be used by families who bring children (4–elementary school age on day of performance).If your all children can not join the live, you have to transfer all tickets with including the tickets for adults.

Q: Is it possible to apply for [the registration for transfer request of tickets] and [the registration for purchasing request of tickets] of matching from this site?
A: Yes, you can apply for this match page (go from the button beside the above schedule) on this site.

Q: Is it possible to cancel after the matching is established?
A: It is impossible. Cancellation can not be done for any reason if matching is established.

Q: Is a "matching system" different from any auction?
A: Matching is not an auction. Ticket price will be dealings at fixed price. In addition, when matching is established,
a fee is required separately from the ticket price for both [person who transferred the ticket] and [person who purchased the ticket].

Q: If I apply for [The registration for transfer request of tickets], will I be refunded the ticket fee paid?
A: No, refund of ticket fee will not be guaranteed.
As a result of lottery, refund will be made only when the transfer of tickets is realized.

A:单只成人或儿童不可凭此票入场。此类门票仅限偕同小孩的家庭使用(截至公演日4岁至小学年龄的儿童)。如您所有小孩不能前来观看表演,则您必须转让包括成人门票在内的所有门票。
